Soooooo anyone else have an Instant Pot but are absolutely terrified to even touch the thing? My mom bought me one for Christmas in 2017...and I've maybe used it a total of 10 times. Oops. I was very intimidated at first and I'll admit that I skipped over the manual and just went for it. I called my mom at least 5 times asking her for help. So a piece of advice, if you have one and you are nervous to break it out, read the instructions.
However, awhile back I was trying to come up with something to make for dinner (I hate cooking) and came across the Beef and Broccoli recipe for my IP and I was instantly obsessed with how easy it was and then cleanup was so simple because I didn't have a lot of dirty dishes. I have searched Pinterest for some easy meals that my family would like and I've tried a few recipes that were so good I have to recommend!

I feel like this is a recipe I see all over to make in your instant pot and it did not disappoint. Kenna and T loved it too which is saying something. I just used whatever meat was on sale at Kroger that week and it ended up being a fairly cheap dinner which is even better.
So this sounded so good when I read the recipe but Tommy and I both agreed that we needed a little more flavor after I made it. I think I could really like it but it was a little bland with what the recipe called and definitely needed spicy mustard.
My very favorite meal that we have made in the instant pot! It was a little hot for the girls but I've made it multiple times and it is so creamy and it tastes a lot like a pasta dish that they have at Granite City.
I've also made the following recipes in my IP...
3. Broccoli Cheddar Soup (my cheese did not melt right on this the first time so I need to try again)
And I really want to try these...
2. Taco Pasta
Have you made anything good in your Instant Pot? Let me know!
Happy Weekend, Friends!
